2412 - وَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : «تَعَصَّوْا فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ سُنَنِ إِخْوَانِيَ اَلنَّبِيِّينَ وَ كَانَتْ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ اَلصِّغَارُ وَ اَلْكِبَارُ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى اَلْعَصَا حَتَّى لاَ يَخْتَالُوا فِي مَشْيِهِمْ.
Hadith.2412 - Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib 
said:
"Use a staff, for it is among the practices of my brothers, the Prophets. The children and the elders of Banu Israel would walk with staffs so that they would not become haughty in their walking."
