2750 - وَ سَأَلَهُ جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ: عَنْ مُتَمَتِّعٍ حَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَكَّةَ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ جَاهِلاً فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ فَإِنْ تَعَمَّدَ ذَلِكَ فِي أَوَّلِ شُهُورِ اَلْحَجِّ بِثَلاَثِينَ يَوْماً فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ وَ إِنْ تَعَمَّدَ ذَلِكَ بَعْدَ اَلثَّلاَثِينَ اَلَّتِي يُوَفَّرُ فِيهَا اَلشَّعْرُ لِلْحَجِّ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ دَماً يُهَرِيقُهُ».
Hadith.2750 - Jamil ibn Darraj asked Abu Abdullah about a person performing tamattu‘ who shaved their head in Mecca.
Imam
said: "If it was done out of ignorance, there is no penalty upon them. If they intentionally did so during the first thirty days of the months of Hajj, there is also no penalty. However, if they intentionally did so after the thirty days, during which the hair is to be preserved for Hajj, they must offer a blood sacrifice."
