Hadith #67
2713 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ :
«اَلْمُحْرِمُ يُطَلِّقُ وَ لاَ يَتَزَوَّجُ ».
Hadith.2713 - In the narration of Asim ibn Humayd from Abu Basir, he said: I heard Imam Abu Abdullah
عليه السلام
say:
"A person in the state of ihram may pronounce divorce but may not marry."
