Hadith #67
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ:
«اَلْمُحْرِمُ يُطَلِّقُ وَ لاَ يَتَزَوَّجُ ».
In the narration of Asim ibn Humayd from Abu Basir, he said:
I heard Imam Abu Abdullah
عليه السلام
say: "A person in the state of ihram may pronounce divorce but may not marry."
