Hadith.3062 - Jameel narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام regarding a sacrificial animal whose horn is broken.
Imam عليه السلام said: "If the inner horn is intact, it suffices."
I heard our Sheikh Muhammad ibn al-Hasan (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى be pleased with him) say: I heard Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Saffar (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى be pleased with him) say: If two-thirds of the inner horn is gone and one-third remains, there is no harm in sacrificing it.
