2994 - وَ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ رِئَابٍ عَنْ مِسْمَعٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ وَقَفَ مَعَ اَلنَّاسِ بِجَمْعٍ ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفِيضَ اَلنَّاسُ قَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ جَاهِلاً فَلاَ شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ أَفَاضَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ اَلْفَجْرِ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمُ شَاةٍ ».
Hadith.2994 - Ali ibn Ri’ab narrated from Misma‘, from Abu Ibrahim , regarding a man who stood with the people at Jam‘ (Muzdalifah) and then departed before the people began to leave.
Imam
said: "If he was unaware, then there is nothing upon him. But if he departed before the break of dawn, then he must offer the sacrifice of a sheep."
