Hadith #19

1818 - وَ فِي أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ مِنَ اَلْمُحَرَّمِ دَعَا زَكَرِيَّا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ رَبَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَمَنْ صَامَ ذَلِكَ اَلْيَوْمَ اِسْتَجَابَ اَللَّهُ لَهُ كَمَا اِسْتَجَابَ لِزَكَرِيَّا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ ».

Hadith.1818 - It is narrated: "On the first day of Muharram, Zakariya supplicated to his Lord , the Almighty. Whoever fasts on that day, Allah will answer their supplication just as He answered Zakariya ."
