Hadith #28
1880 - : وَ كَانَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ إِذَا صَامَ لاَ يَشَمُّ اَلرَّيْحَانَ فَسُئِلَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ
«أَكْرَهُ أَنْ أُخَلِّطَ صَوْمِي بِلَذَّةٍ.
Hadith.1880 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq

when fasting, would not smell basil. He was asked about this, and Imam

said: "I dislike mixing my fast with pleasure."
