Chapter on Categories Upon Whom Zakat is Obligatory

Hadith #41

1638 - وَ رَوَى اَلْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: «إِنَّ صَدَقَاتِ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَ صَدَقَاتِ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ تَحِلُّ لِبَنِي هَاشِمٍ ».

Hadith.1638 - Al-Qasim ibn Sulayman narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq who said: "The charities of the Messenger of Allah , peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and the charities of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib are permissible for Banu Hashim."
