Hadith.1627 - Abu Ja'far (Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir) and Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام were asked about a man who owns a house, a servant, and a slave. "Can he accept Zakat?"
They عليه السلام replied: "Yes, because the house and the servant are not considered wealth."
