Hadith.1620 - In a narration from Durust ibn Abi Mansur, it is reported that Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said regarding Zakat: "A man may send a portion of his Zakat to a place other than his own. He said, 'There is no issue if he sends one-third or one-fourth of it.'"
