1618 - وَ رَوَى أَبُو بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: «إِذَا أَخْرَجَ اَلرَّجُلُ اَلزَّكَاةَ مِنْ مَالِهِ ثُمَّ سَمَّاهَا لِقَوْمٍ فَضَاعَتْ أَوْ أَرْسَلَ بِهَا إِلَيْهِمْ فَضَاعَتْ فَلاَ شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ ».
Hadith.1618 - Abu Basir reported from Abu Ja’far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir who said:
"If a man separates the Zakat from his wealth and designates it for a group of people, but it gets lost, or he sends it to them, and it gets lost, then there is no liability upon him."
