1613 - وَ رَوَى اَلسَّكُونِيُّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: «مَا أَخَذَ مِنْكَ اَلْعَاشِرُ فَطَرَحَهُ فِي كُوزِهِ فَهُوَ مِنْ زَكَاتِكَ وَ مَا لَمْ يَطْرَحْ فِي اَلْكُوزِ فَلاَ تَحْسُبْهُ مِنْ زَكَاتِكَ ».
Hadith.1613 - Al-Sakuni narrated from Ja'far ibn Muhammad, from his forefathers, from Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib who said:
"Whatever the tax collector takes from you and places in his container counts as part of your Zakat. However, whatever he does not place in the container should not be counted as part of your Zakat."
