1407 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: «تَدْعُو فِي اَلْوَتْرِ عَلَى اَلْعَدُوِّ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ سَمَّيْتَهُمْ وَ تَسْتَغْفِرُ وَ تَرْفَعُ يَدَيْكَ فِي اَلْوَتْرِ حِيَالَ وَجْهِكَ وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ فَتَحْتَ ثَوْبَكَ.
Hadith.1407 - It is narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn Sinan that Abu ‘Abdullah (Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq 
said:
"You may supplicate against the enemy during the Witr prayer, and if you wish, you may name them specifically. You should seek forgiveness, raising your hands during the Witr prayer level with your face, or, if you wish, you may open your cloak (covering) while doing so”.
