Hadith.1095 - Al-Hasan al-Sayqal asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام about the minimum number for a congregation.
Imam عليه السلام said: "A man and a woman."
And if no one else attends the mosque, a believer praying alone is still a congregation because when he gives the call to prayer (adhan) and the iqamah, two rows of angels pray behind him.
If he performs the iqamah but not the adhan, one row of angels prays behind him.
