Hadith.1055 - Layth al-Muradi asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام about a man who suffers from continuous nosebleeds from the time of the sun's zenith until nightfall.
Imam عليه السلام replied: "He should gesture with his head for each prayer."
