Hadith.937 - It is narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام that He said:
"Everything is permissible unless there is a prohibition regarding it”.
There is no prohibition against making supplications in Persian during prayer, and all praise is due to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Lord عز وجل of the worlds.
