Hadith.854 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said:
"Whoever holds back their saliva out of reverence for Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Mighty and Majestic, during prayer, Allah سبحانه وتعالى will grant them health until their death."
It has also been narrated regarding someone who cannot determine the Qiblah in a desert or wilderness that they should pray in all four directions.
