What Garments Are Permissible for Prayer and What Garments Are Not
Hadith #16
وَ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ وَ اَلسِّرَاجُ مَوْضُوعٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فِي اَلْقِبْلَةِ قَالَ «لاَ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَسْتَقْبِلَ اَلنَّارَ.
He (Ali ibn Ja'far) asked about whether it is permissible for a man to pray with a lamp (or flame) placed in front of him in the direction of the Qibla. Imam

said: "It is not permissible for him to face the fire."
