Ammar ibn Musa al-Sabati asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام about a mat made of reeds that had been wetted with impure water, and whether it is permissible to pray on it. Imam عليه السلام said: "If it has dried, then there is no harm in praying on it”.
