Hadith.265 - The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said:
'None of you should allow the hair under his armpits to grow long, for the devil takes it as a shield to hide behind.'
And it is permissible for the one in a state of major impurity to apply it, as the Nuura (depilatory paste) increases cleanliness.
266 - وَقَالَ اَلصَّادِقُ عليه السلام قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عليه السلام: «يَنْبَغِي لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَتَوَقَّى اَلنُّورَةَ يَوْمَ اَلْأَرْبِعَاءِ ' فَإِنَّهُ يَوْمُ نَحْسٍ مُسْتَمِرٍّ وَ يَجُوزُ اَلنُّورَةُ فِي سَائِرِ اَلْأَيَّامِ.
Hadith.266 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq عليه السلام said:
"The Commander of the Faithful Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib عليه السلام said: ‘A man should avoid the use of Nuura (depilatory paste) on Wednesday, for it is a day of continuous ill-omen, but otherwise the use of Nuura is permissible on all other days.’"
