Hadith #262
262 - وَ كَانَ اَلصَّادِقُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَطْلِي إِبْطَيْهِ فِي اَلْحَمَّامِ وَ يَقُولُ
«نَتْفُ اَلْإِبْطِ يُضْعِفُ اَلْمَنْكِبَيْنِ وَ يُوهِي وَ يُضْعِفُ اَلْبَصَرَ.
Hadith.262 - And Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq
عليه السلام
would rub Nuura (depilatory paste) to his armpits in the bathhouse and say:
'Plucking the armpit hair weakens the shoulders and diminishes (weakens) the eyesight.'"
