17.Muḥammad ibn Abī ʿUmayr narrated from ʿAlī al-Aḥmasī, from Abū ʿAbdillāh who said,

“Verily good character melts away sin the way ice is melted by the sun, and bad character corrupts action the way vinegar spoils honey.”
