4 - حدثنا محمد بن علي ماجيلويه (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثني أبي، عن أحمد بن أبي عبد الله، عن الحسن بن محبوب، عن أبي أيوب الخزاز، عن محمد بن مسلم ومنهال القصاب، جميعا، عن أبي جعفر الباقر (عليه السلام)، قال:
من أصاب مالا من أربع لم يقبل منه في أربع: من أصاب مالا من غلول أو ربا أو خيانة أو سرقة، لم يقبل منه في زكاة ولا في صدقة ولا في حج ولا في عمرة. وقال أبو جعفر (عليه السلام): لا يقبل الله عزوجل حجا ولا عمرة من مال حرام (2).
Muhammad b. `Ali Majiluwayh 
narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to me from Ahmad b. Abi `Abdillah from al-Hasan b. Mahbub from Abi Ayyub al-Khazzaz from Muhammad b. Muslim and Minhal al-Qassab together from Abi Ja`far al-Baqir 
. He said:
Whoever gains wealth from four [sources], it will not be accepted in four [situations]: whoever gains wealth from (1) embezzlement, (2) usury, (3) betrayal, and (4) thievery, it will not be accepted in: (1) zakat, (2) charity (sadaqa), (3) Hajj, and (4) `Umra. Abu Ja`far said: Allah will not accept a Hajj or an `Umra from forbidden wealth.
