1. My father and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan both narrated to me from Ḥusain ibn Ḥasan ibn Abān, from Ḥusain ibn Sa’īd, from Qāsim ibn Muḥammad Al-Jawhari, from ‘Ali ibn Abī Ḥamzah, who said:

I asked the Righteous Slave (Imam Kāżim ) about going to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali . Imam replied, “I do not want you to abandon it.” I asked, “What is your opinion about establishing voluntary prayers there if I am a MUQASSIR?” Imam replied, “You can establish as many voluntary prayers as you like in Masjid Al-Ḥarām, in the Mosque of the Messenger ﷺ, and next to the grave of Ḥusain . Verily I love (doing) that.” I asked, “Can I establish voluntary prayers next to the grave of Ḥusain during the day?” Imam replied, “Yes.”
