4. My father and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan both narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aḥmad and ‘Abdillāh sons of Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Mūsā ibn Qāsim, from Ḥasan ibn Jahm, who said: I asked Abal Ḥasan (Imam Riďā (a.s)), “What do you say about (the reward for) going to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain (a.s)?” Imam (a.s) replied, “What is your opinion about this (matter)?” I said, “Some people say that it is equal to performing one Hajj while others say it is equal to performing an ‘Umrah.” Imam (a.s) said, “It is equal to performing an accepted ‘Umrah.”
