7. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah who said it was narrated to me by al-Hassan b. Musa al-Khashab from ’Aqeel b. al-Mutawakil al-Makki who raised it to from Ja’far b. Muhammad from his father from his grandfather who said: Imam Ja’far Sadiq narrates from his predecessors that:

“One who wears a ring inscribed ‘Muh’ammadun nabiyyullaahi wa a’liyyunw waliyyullaah’ Allah will save him from unpleasant death and he will die a natural death only.”
