أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْهَیْثَمِ بْنِ أَبِی مَسْرُوقٍ النَّهْدِیِّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ قَالَ: کَتَبْتُ إِلَی أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع عَلِّمْنِی شَیْئاً إِذَا أَنَا قُلْتُهُ کُنْتُ مَعَکُمْ فِی الدُّنْیَا وَ الْآخِرَهِ قَالَ فَکَتَبَ بِخَطٍّ أَعْرِفُهُ أَکْثِرْ مِنْ تِلَاوَهِ إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ وَ رَطِّبْ شَفَتَیْکَ بِالاسْتِغْفَارِ.
4. My father
said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from al-Haytham b. Abi Masruq al-Hindi from Ismail b. Sahl who said: The narrator wrote to Imam Muhammad Baqir to let him know those deeds, which will keep him along with Imam
in this world and the hereafter. Imam
replied, “Recite Innaa anzalnaa (Surah Qadr) extensively and your tongue should not stop from repenting.”
