and fulfilling religious obligations حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَی بْنِ الْمُتَوَکِّلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَسَدِیُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُوسَی بْنُ عِمْرَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُمَرَ
قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَکَ وَ تَعَالَی ضَمِنَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ ضَمَاناً قَالَ قُلْتُ وَ مَا هُوَ قَالَ ضَمِنَ لَهُ إِنْ هُوَ أَقَرَّ لَهُ بِالرُّبُوبِیَّهِ وَ لِمُحَمَّدٍ ص بِالنُّبُوَّهِ وَ لِعَلِیٍّ ع بِالْإِمَامَهِ وَ أَدَّی مَا افْتَرَضَ اللَّهُ عَلَیْهِ أَنْ یُسْکِنَهُ فِی جِوَارِهِ وَ لَمْ یَحْتَجِبْ عَنْهُ قَالَ قُلْتُ فَهَذِهِ وَ اللَّهِ الْکَرَامَهُ الَّتِی لَا یُشْبِهُهَا کَرَامَهٌ وَ هِیَ کَرَامَهُ الْآدَمِیِّینَ قَالَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع اعْمَلُوا قَلِیلًا تَنَعَّمُوا کَثِیراً.
1. It is narrated from Mufaddal bin Umar that Imam Ja’far Sadiq said,
“The Almighty Allah has guaranteed a thing for a believer.” Mufaddal asked, “O master! What is that?” Imam replied, “One who has belief in the Lordship of Allah, prophethood of Muhammad (s.a.w.s.), imamate of Ali , fulfills the obligatory deeds Allah would keep him near Himself forever and He won’t remain hidden from that person.” Mufaddal said, “By God, this grace is not like that of humans.” Imam Ja’far Sadiq said, “You can earn many rewards even if you perform a few good deeds.”
