حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِی الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِیٍّ الْکُوفِیُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:
صَوْمُ یَوْمِ غَدِیرِ خُمٍّ کَفَّارَهُ سِتِّینَ سَنَهً.
3. It was narrated to us by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to us by Muhammad b. Abi al-Qasim who said it was narrated to us by Muhammad b. Ali al-Kufi from Muhammad b. Sinan from al-Muffadhal b. Umar from Abi Abdillah 
who said:
“Fasting on the day of Eid-e- Ghadeer is equal to the compensation of sins committed in sixty years.”
