أَبِی رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِی نَجْرَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِیزِ الْعُبَیْدِیِّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ یَقُولُ مَنْ قَالَ فِی یَوْمِهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِیکَ لَهُ إِلَهاً وَاحِداً أَحَداً صَمَداً لَمْ یَتَّخِذْ صاحِبَهً وَ لا وَلَداً کَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ خَمْساً وَ أَرْبَعِینَ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ حَسَنَهٍ وَ مَحَا عَنْهُ خَمْساً وَ أَرْبَعِینَ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ سَیِّئَهٍ وَ رَفَعَ لَهُ خَمْساً وَ أَرْبَعِینَ أَلْفَ أَلْفِ دَرَجَهٍ وَ کَانَ کَمَنْ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فِی یَوْمٍ اثْنَتَیْ عَشْرَهَ مَرَّهً وَ بَنَی لَهُ بَیْتاً فِی الْجَنَّهِ.
1. Muḥammad, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī Najrān, from ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz al-ʿUbaydī, from ʿUmar ibn Yazīd, from Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Sadiq 
, who said:
"I heard him say: Whoever says in his day, 'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is One, without partner, the One God, the Eternal, who has neither a companion nor a child,' Allah will record for him forty-five million good deeds, erase from him forty-five million sins, raise him forty-five million levels, and it will be as if he has recited the entire Qur'an twelve times in one day, and a house will be built for him in Paradise."
(Ashhadu an lā ilāha illā Allāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, ilāhan wāḥidan aḥadan ṣamadan, lam yattakhidh ṣāḥibatan wa lā waladan)
