(6) Muhammad bin Ya’qoob narrated from Ali bin Ibraheem from Muhammad bin Eessa from Younus from ibn Miskan from Abu Baseer that Abu Abdullah as-Sadiq had said: “Allah does not leave the world without a jurisprudent (imam); otherwise the truth is not distinguished from the untruth.”
