(1) Ahmad bin Nasr bin Hawtha al-Bahili narrated from Ibraheem bin Iss’haq an-Nahawandi from Abdullah bin Hammad al-Ansari that Yahya bin Abdullah had said: Abu Abdullah Ja’far bin Muhammad as-Sadiq said to me: “O Yahya bin Abdullah, he, who spent a night without knowing his imam, will die as an unbeliever.”
