(8) Uthman bin Abu Shayba narrated from Jareer from Hussayn bin Abdurrahman that Jabir bin Samra had said: I heard the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم saying: “After me twelve emirs will rule.” Then he said something that I could not understand. I asked some people and asked my father, who was nearer to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم than me. My father said that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم had said: “All of them are from Quraysh.”
