5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn Al-Mughirah from Mu’awiyah ibn ‘Ammar from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following:

“A councilor cannot lie (is not supposed to).”
