23. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Asbat from those whom has mentioned (in his book) from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘One who is afraid of retaliation does not do injustice to people.’”
