30-16 (The author of the book narrated) my father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Sa’d ibn Abdullah quoted on the authority of Muhammad ibn Al-Hussein ibn Abil Khattab, on the authority of Muhammad ibn al-Fodhayl that Abil Hassan Al-Ridha صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said, “Praying is the best means to approach God for any pious person.”
