2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abdallah ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa fromAli ibn al-Hakam fromAban from al-Fudayl from abu ‘Abdallah عليه السلام who has said the following. “Whoever would claim to be the Imam and in fact he would not be the Imam he would be a unbeliever.”
