Hadith #28
28ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الْعَنْبَرِ وَغَوْصِ اللُّؤْلُؤِ فَقَالَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَلَيْهِ الْخُمُسُ.
28. Ali has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayar from Hammad from al-Halabi who has said the following.
“I asked abu ‘Abdallah
عليه السلام
about the corral and diving for pearls. The Imam
عليه السلام
said, “There is al-Khums due on them.”
