21. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn abu Nasr from Muhammad ibn Ali from abu al-Hassan who has said the following. The narrator has said, “I asked him about what is taken out of the sea, such as pearls, ruby and chrysolite and minerals such as gold and silver and others as to how much is al-Khums on them?” The Imam said, “If it would value up to a Dinar then al-Khums is due on it.”
