17. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayar from Shu‘ayb from abu al-Sabbah who has said the following. “Abu ‘Abdallah عليه السلام said to me, “We are the people obedience to whom is obligatory by the commands of Allah. Al-Anfal (properties acquired without the use of armed forces) and the best of the properties of the gains from war belong to us.”
