لان هذه الرواية محمولة على من لا يكون به حاجة إلى ذلك، والرخصة انما وردت في ذلك لصاحبة الصبي أو الطباخ الذي يخاف على فساد طعامه أو من عنده طائر إن لم يزقه هلك، فاما من هو مستغن عن جميع ذلك فلا يجوز له ان يذوق بالطعام.
Because this narration is applied to one who has no need for that. The concession regarding that only came for the woman responsible for a child, or the cook who fears the spoiling of his food, or one who has a bird which, if he does not feed it by placing food into its beak (yazuqquhu), will perish. As for one who is in no need of all of that, it is not permissible for him to taste the food.
