ألا ترى انه عليه السلام انما امر من فاته رمضان بالصدقة دون القضاء واضاف القضاء والصدقة إلى نفسه، فلولا انه كان على طريق الاستحباب لما خص نفسه بذلك بل كان يعم به من شاركه في ذلك حسب ما اضاف إلى نفسه، والخبر الذي رواه:
Do you not see that the Imam عليه السلام, peace be upon him, only commanded the one who missed (month of) Ramadan to give charity, without making it up, and Imam عليه السلام attributed making it up and charity to himself? For if it had not been by way of recommendation (istihbab), Imam عليه السلام would not have specified himself with that; rather, Imam عليه السلام would have made it general for anyone who shared with him in that, just as Imam عليه السلام attributed it to himself.
