قال الشيخ رحمه الله:) ولا يجوز لاحد ان يصوم في السفر تطوعا ولا فرضا إلا صوم ثلاثة ايام دم المتعة من جملة العشرة الايام(. يدل على ذلك ما رواه:
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy upon him, said: “It is not permissible for anyone to fast while travelling, voluntarily or obligatorily, except the fast of three days for the ‘Dam al-Mut'ah’ (mandatory sacrifice for one who performs Hajj al-Tamattu), from among the ten days.” What indicates that is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
