ومتى خرج الانسان الى السفر بعد ما اصبح فان كان قد نوى السفر من الليل لزمه الافطار وان لم يكن نواه من الليل وجب عليه صوم ذلك اليوم، وان خرج قبل طلوع الفجر وجب عليه ايضا الافطار وان لم يكن قد نوى السفر من الليل، والذي يدل على ما ذكرناه ما رواه.
Whenever a person sets out on a journey after entering the morning, then if he had intended to travel from the night before, breaking the fast becomes binding upon him. But if he had not intended it from the night before, then fasting that day remains obligatory upon him. If, however, he sets out before the rising of dawn, then breaking the fast also becomes obligatory upon him, even if he had not intended to travel from the night before. What indicates what we have mentioned is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
