فهذا الخبر محمول على انه إذا جامع ناسيا دون العمد فلا يلزمه شئ والحال ما وصفناه، ويحتمل ايضا ان يكون المراد به من لا يعلم ان ذلك لا يسوغ له في الشريعة يدل على ذلك ما رواه:
Thus, this report is understood as applying when he has sexual intercourse forgetfully, not deliberately; therefore nothing is required of him, with the situation being as we have described. It is also possible that what is intended by it is someone who does not know that this is not lawful for him in the sacred law. What indicates that is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
