فليس في هذا الخبر ما ينافي ما ذكرناه لان قوله رجل اصابته جنابة في شهر رمضان فنام عمدا حتى اصبح، ليس فيه انه تعمد ترك الغسل، وانما قال نام عمدا حتى اصبح فذكر التعمد واضافه الى النوم، وانما كان فيه شبهة لو قال: تعمد ترك الغسل ويجوز ان يتعمد النوم في أول الليل فيبقى نائما الى الصباح فحينئذ لا تلزمه الكفارة، والذي رواه ايضا:
There is nothing in this report that contradicts what we have mentioned, because his saying, “A man was afflicted by major ritual impurity in the month of Ramadan, so he slept deliberately until morning,” does not contain that he deliberately left the ritual bath. Rather, Imam عليه السلام said, “he slept deliberately until morning,” so Imam عليه السلام mentioned deliberateness and attached it to sleep. It would only contain an ambiguity if Imam عليه السلام had said: “He deliberately left the ritual bath.” And it is permissible that he deliberately sleeps at the beginning of the night and remains asleep until morning; in that case, expiation is not required of him.
