فليس ينافي الخبر الاول لان هذا الخبر محمول على من لم يحتلم وكان كاملا عاقلا أقرأ الجماعة لان الاحتلام ليس بشرط في البلوغ ولا يجوز غيره لان البلوغ يعتبر باشياء منها الاحتلام فمن تأخر احتلامه اعتبر بما سوى ذلك من الاشعار والانبات وما جرى مجراهما أو كمال العقل وان خلا من جميع ذلك والخبر الاول متناول لمن لم يحصل له أحد شرائط البلوغ ولا تنافي بينهما وقد بينا انه لا بأس أن يؤم الاعمى إذا كان هناك من يسدده ويزيده بيانا ما رواه
So the first report is not contradicted by this report, because this report is to be understood as referring to one who has not reached puberty but is complete in intellect and the most proficient in recitation among the congregation. Puberty is not solely conditioned by ejaculation (ihtilam), nor is anything else excluded, for puberty is determined by various things, among them ejaculation. Therefore, if ejaculation is delayed, one considers the other signs, such as the appearance of pubic hair and similar signs, or the completion of intellect even if none of the other signs are present. And the first report applies to one who has not attained any of the conditions of puberty, so there is no contradiction between them. And we have already explained that there is no problem in a blind person leading the prayer if there is someone to guide him, and this is further clarified by what was narrated:
