فجاء هذا الخبر صريحا بانه يقضيه وترا وإن كان بعد الظهر فلولا ان المراد بتلك الاخبار ما ذكرنا لكانت متناقضة ويحتمل أن تكون هذه الاخبار مختصة بمن يتهاون بالصلاة ويتعمد تركها على الدوام عقوبة له والذي يدل على ذلك ما رواه
So this report has come explicitly stating that ‘witr’ is to be made up as ‘witr’, even if it is after Dhuhr. Were it not that the intended meaning of those other reports is as we have explained, they would be contradictory. It is also possible that those other reports are specific to the one who is negligent in prayer and deliberately abandons it regularly, as a form of punishment for him.
