فان هذين الخبرين وردا فيمن صلى هاتين الركعتين وعليه قطعة من الليل قبل طلوع الفجر الاول فحينئذ ينبغي له أن يعيد الركعتين ويحتمل ايضا أن يكون ابو جعفر وابو عبد الله عليهما السلام اعادا ذلك على طريق الاستحباب وليس في الخبرين انكم إذا فعلتم ذلك والامر على ذلك اعيدوهما ثانيا فاما القراءة فيهما فقد روى
For indeed, these two reports concern the one who performs these two rak‘ahs while a portion of the night still remains, before the rising of the first Fajr. In that case, it is appropriate for him to repeat the two rak‘ahs. It is also possible that Abu Ja‘far and Abu Abdillah, peace be upon them both, repeated them as a recommended act, and there is nothing in the two reports stating that if you do this, and the matter is such, then you must repeat them. As for the recitation in them, it has been narrated:
