وكان الشيخ رحمه الله ذكر في الكتاب انه يرفع يديه للقنوت بغير التكبير والافضل عندي أن يرفعهما بالتكبير والذي يدل على ذلك
And Shaykh (al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, mentioned in the book that one raises his hands for qunut without a takbir. However, what is preferable in my view is that he raises them with a takbir. And what indicates this is:
